Featuring The Most Iconic Voices of the Series
According to DC Comics and Waze’s official Twitter, users will now be able to select Batman: The Animated Series protagonist (Kevin Conroy) or the Batman: Arkham-era Riddler (Wally Wingert) as their navigation voice. Of all the voices to play Batman, Conroy is by far the most popular, so the DC fan energy must be running rampant.
The Coolest Interface
It doesn’t end there. This new setting is also accompanied by the incredibly cool and iconic image of the Batmobile or the Riddler’s Racer that can swap out your car’s icon. The interface really does put you in the zone.

Not enough? Feel like you’re zooming off to fight or create crime (depending on your character) with some beautifully curated Spotify soundtracks that’ll suit the mood. Titled “Drive With Batman” and “Drive with the Riddler,” these carefully crafted playlists feature memorable soundtrack cuts from composer kings such as Hans Zimmer, Danny Elfman, and Prince.
Share With Your Fellow Heroes
Of course, for any DC fanboy, the best thing about “geeking out” is the sharing, and the folks at Waze know this very well. This is why users can also find nearby drivers who use the app. Go ahead and turn your town into Gotham City. It’s possible that this app might begin to blur the lines between fantasy and reality a little too much, though we must admit, it does sound fun. If you’re less into playing Batman, however, you might just start getting a few too many DC fans revving up their “Batmobiles” or “Ridder Racers” beside you. Best keep the Hans Zimmer to a minimum.
